Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:


2-5 years of experience in swimming pool maintenance, repair, and operation.
High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory). Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (MEP), or specialized Swimming Pool Maintenance & Operations training (preferred).
Basic First Aid & Safety certification.
Strong knowledge of swimming pool systems (filtration, circulation, heating, chlorination, and dosing).
Ability to diagnose and repair pool equipment (pumps, motors, filters, heaters, lights, timers).
Skilled in testing and balancing water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, hardness).
Experience in cleaning pools (vacuuming, brushing, skimming, backwashing, etc.).
Knowledge of plumbing and minor electrical troubleshooting related to pools.
Familiarity with different pool finishes (tiles, liners, fiberglass, concrete) and their maintenance needs.
Valid UAE driving license
