Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular water quality tests and adjust chemical levels to ensure safe swimming conditions.
- Perform routine maintenance on pool equipment, including filters, pumps, and heaters, to ensure optimal functionality.
- Inspect and repair pool surfaces, tiles, and coping to prevent leaks and maintain aesthetics.
- Install and replace pool liners, covers, and other accessories as per client specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in pool maintenance are preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in pool maintenance or a related field is essential.
- Certification from a recognized pool and spa industry organization, such as NSPF or CPO, is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of chemical balancing, water treatment, and pool equipment operation is required.
