Performance Energy is supporting an offshore well intervention campaign in the Middle East, delivering slickline and SWT operations across a short-term project scope. We are seeking experienced SWT Operators to support offshore execution and ensure safe, efficient delivery of intervention activities.

Role Purpose

The SWT Operator will be responsible for executing slickline and SWT operations offshore, supporting intervention activities, and ensuring all work is carried out in line with approved procedures and safety standards. This role requires strong offshore experience and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute slickline / SWT operations offshore
• Support well-intervention activities
• Ensure execution in line with SOPs and operational programmes
• Maintain compliance with HSE and well control standards
• Assist offshore teams with operational delivery
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues

Essential Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SWT Operator
• Minimum 2 years offshore experience
• Strong slickline / SWT operational background
• Ability to operate in offshore safety-critical environments

Preferred / Advantageous Background

• Experience with DAQ systems
• Strong team integration and offshore awareness
• Ability to mobilise immediately
• Experience across offshore intervention campaigns

Certifications (Mandatory)

• T-BOSIET
• H2S
• Valid offshore medical (fit to work)

Additional Information

• 12 positions required
• Short-term contract (3-4 months)
• Immediate mobilisation required
• English language required
