Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities:

  • Implementation, and the high level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems.
  • Serves as a technical expert in the area of system administration for complex operating systems. Investigates and analyzes feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications. Identifies methods, solutions.
  • Installation, configuration and upgrading of servers and related hardware and software in a LAN, WAN and stand-alone environment.
  • Investigation, diagnostic testing, troubleshooting and repair/resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure.

Your Proficiencies

  • Knowledge in network hardware infrastructure, diagnosis, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic would be an added advantage.
  • Capacity to deal with complex problems with ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision making.
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, motivated and team player & team management, business & organization understanding.
  • Organized, highly motivated, goal-oriented.
  • Adaptive to sudden schedule changes
  • Able to work well within teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Your Qualification:

  • Minimum 4 to 6 Years of Experience in a similar environment
  • Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Computer Application
  • MCSE/MCSA certification and application-level certification related to Exchange, Storage will be an added advantage.
  • Should be fluent in English, Arabic is an added advantage
  • Must have good communication skill both verbal & oral and self-starter
