Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage servers, domain controllers, Active Directory, backups, GPOs, and user profiles.
  • Maintain technical documentation for configurations and system changes.
  • Troubleshoot systems and coordinate with teams/vendors for issue resolution.
  • Monitor datacenter hardware, storage, and logs daily using diagnostic tools.
  • Design and implement new systems and train staff for efficient deployment.
  • Apply high-availability strategies like load balancing and disaster recovery.
  • Perform regular backups using Veritas, WSB, NTBackup, and Veeam.
  • Operate service-dedicated servers via System Center and related tools.
  • Audit server logs and system activities for errors and security threats.
  • Support Microsoft cloud services including Exchange Online, Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer engineering or a related field
    1 - 3 years of experience in administering/implementing or maintaining different types of Operating systems (Microsoft products, Linux, UNIX, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft certifications such as MCSE and MCITP
  • Hands-on experience with VMware VCP virtualization technologies
  • Proficiency in SCCM (all versions) for system configuration and management
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and Exchange Online
  • Practical experience with Office 365 applications
