Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems to support business operations
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability for internal tools and localization platforms
- Administer user accounts, access rights, and security policies
- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
- Ensure data security and compliance with company standards
- Troubleshoot system, network, and hardware issues in a timely manner
- Support internal teams with technical issues and system access
- Manage virtualization environments and cloud-based services
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance
- Maintain IT documentation and ensure alignment with internal policies
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments
- Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
