Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage client systems such as SCCM, BMC, and Nexthink.
Perform advanced troubleshooting on servers, networks, and security systems.
Participate in new project implementations and system migrations.
Maintain Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 environments.
Handle endpoint protection, encryption, and patch management.
Implement and monitor Change Management for system configurations.
Conduct routine system health checks and audits.
Support Tier 2 and Tier 3 incident resolution.
Prepare technical reports and configuration documentation.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in similar role.
Strong expertise in Windows Server, AD, Exchange, and SCCM.
Experience with endpoint protection and ITSM tools.
