Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage Azure subscriptions, resources, governance, and cost control
Provision and maintain Azure services including VMs, storage, databases, and networking
Monitor system performance, availability, and optimize resource usage
Implement and manage security, identity, access controls, and compliance
Design and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions
Automate operations using PowerShell and Azure CLI
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to support Azure adoption
Manage and maintain the Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Administer user accounts, permissions, and licenses in accordance with organizational policies.
Implement and enforce security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on Office 365 tools and features.
Collaborate with IT teams and department heads to align Office 365 services with business needs.
Stay updated on new Office 365 features and recommend improvements or updates.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and proceduresd procedures
