Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and optimize Windows servers and Active Directory environments

Handle user management, group policies, permissions, and identity services

Ensure system security, patching, and performance monitoring

Configure and manage network infrastructure including firewalls, routing, and switching

Administer DNS, NAT, and secure tunneling (VPN/IPSec) configurations

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues

Implement and maintain network security best practices

Support and maintain data center infrastructure including physical and virtual servers

Manage storage systems and ensure data integrity and availability

Participate in infrastructure planning, upgrades, and capacity management

Work within Nutanix AHV environments for virtualization and resource management

Monitor and optimize virtual machines and cluster performance

Manage enterprise backup solutions using Commvault

Ensure regular backups, perform restore tests, and maintain disaster recovery readiness

Administer Microsoft Azure services, including:

  • Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) for identity and access management
  • Security & Compliance tools for governance and risk management
  • Microsoft Intune for device management and endpoint security

Support hybrid infrastructure integration between on-premises and cloud environments
