Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
System Administrator - N3 Support
Monitoring:
- Monitoring of server infrastructure, storage, backups, databases (BDD) and monitoring systems.
Maintenance:
- Software updates, transition of developments to pre-production (PREPROD) and production (PROD).
Technical Support:
- Resolution of level 3 technical problems, ensuring the availability and performance of IT systems.
- Prioritization of tickets and requests to ensure a quick and efficient resolution.
Cyber Security:
Management of patches and security updates, in collaboration with current security policies.
Networking:
- Management of network equipment, VLANs and access policies.
- WiFi network management (SSID, Guest access).
Project:
- Participation in support element transformation projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Holder of a university degree in computer science and with solid experience in supporting and managing IT infrastructures.
- Open-mindedness, rigor, responsiveness, ease of assimilation, capacity for analysis and anticipation.
- Proven experience in managing hybrid environments, including O365, AADC and Azure AD, with a mastery of best practices for integrating and managing these services in complex infrastructures.
- Proven experience in the administration and management of collaborative platforms, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Exchange, ensuring optimal configuration, proactive maintenance and smooth integration with existing systems.
- Competence in the management and administration of SAN storage environments and backup solutions such as Veeam Backup.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and SolarWinds to ensure effective system and performance monitoring.
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems administration and management.
- Fundamental networking knowledge, including VLANs, to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues in a system environment.
- Knowledge of production processes and ITIL philosophy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft / Active Directory / GPO environments.
- Knowledge of virtualization, VMware products and Hyper-V.
- Experience with flow management and firewall configuration, ideally with Fortinet.
- Knowledge of Webfiltering and Application Control.
- Experience with L2 Switch equipment (Cisco / Dell), VLAN configuration and NAC policy management.
- Experience in managing SSIDs and Guest access.
- User VPN management.
- Good level of French.
- Good level of English.
- Integrity and ethics to maintain a good level of confidentiality.
- Diplomacy, listening, sense of dialogue.
- Ability to work with all levels of company contacts, adapting language and level of explanation
