Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of asset tracking systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing GRP systems.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify specific asset tracking requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop and execute test plans, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and data accuracy.
- Provide expert-level training to end-users, creating comprehensive documentation and user guides for ongoing support.
Desired Candidate Profile
Familiarity with the Government Resource Planning (GRP) system – Assets Track
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience using GRP asset-related screens
Ability to work with the SPAN Assets Tracking System integrated with the GRP system
Knowledge of preparing and reviewing periodic asset movement reports
Comprehensive understanding of the asset lifecycle process
Full knowledge of procedures for tracking expired assets
Knowledge of asset maintenance management through the GRP system
Familiarity with expired asset valuation mechanisms
Experience in communication and coordination with the technical support team (Assets Track)
Knowledge of periodic and annual inventory procedures and result analysis
Awareness of asset-related risk management requirements
