Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and related equipment.
Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patch management for servers and infrastructure components.
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of on-premise systems.
Support capacity planning and resource utilization to meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and issues.
Coordinate with network, security, and application teams to support system operations.
Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with data center standards, policies, and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in IT principles.
Holds relevant certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP, demonstrating expertise in data center technologies.
Demonstrates 5 years of experience in data center operations or systems administration, showcasing practical experience in the field.
Exhibits a deep understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage, and virtualization technologies.
