Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator (Level 2/Level 3 Support) to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure in the UAE. The role requires strong expertise in Dell EMC technologies, including PowerFlex, along with the ability to coordinate with vendors and government entities. The ideal candidate will proactively ensure compliance with information security standards and regulatory requirements. Arabic language proficiency is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for enterprise infrastructure environments.
  
• Manage and administer Dell Technologies infrastructure, including Dell EMC PowerFlex and related solutions.
  
• Perform root cause analysis, system optimization, and performance tuning.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and UAE government entities for service delivery, integration, and compliance matters.
  
• Oversee system installations, patching, upgrades, and configuration management.
  
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems aligned with SLA commitments.
  
• Proactively monitor infrastructure and implement preventive controls.
  
• Ensure adherence to information security frameworks, regulatory standards, and internal governance policies.
  
• Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting activities.
  
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
  
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives.
  

Technical Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise storage and compute environments.
  
• Practical expertise in Dell EMC infrastructure, especially PowerFlex.
  
• Experience with virtualization platforms, SAN/NAS environments, and hyper-converged infrastructure.
  
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
  
• Solid understanding of information security compliance requirements within the UAE regulatory landscape.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  
• 4 7 years of relevant experience in enterprise system administration.
  
• Proven experience delivering Level 2/3 infrastructure support.
  
• Experience working with vendors and government authorities in the UAE is highly desirable.
  
• Relevant certifications (Dell EMC, VMware, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus.
  
• Arabic language proficiency preferred.
