Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive system architectures to meet organizational needs.
• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance.
• Coordinate and implement upgrades and enhancements to existing systems and networks.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
• Conduct system tests and analyses to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and operations.
• Develop disaster recovery and backup protocols to ensure data integrity and continuity.
• Train and support users and other IT staff on system operations and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT and system issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role in IT departments.
• Strong knowledge of system design, implementation, and management practices.
• Proficiency in various operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
• Experience with network design and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
