Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust backup and recovery solutions, ensuring data integrity and business continuity across diverse platforms.
- Proactively monitor backup systems, identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive backup and disaster recovery documentation, including procedures and runbooks.
- Conduct regular backup and restore testing to validate the effectiveness of recovery processes and identify areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Holds relevant certifications such as VEEAM Certified Architect, Dell EMC Proven Professional, or similar.
Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in system backup and recovery, with a focus on enterprise environments.
Exhibits a strong understanding of backup technologies, including VEEAM, Commvault, NetBackup, and cloud-based solutions.
Preferred: Immediate Availability
Designs, implements, and manages backup and recovery solutions.
Ensures data protection, backup integrity, recovery testing, and compliance with business continuity requirements.
