Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Accept inquiries from the system s user community relate use how to improve the system, provide responses to users and in case (s) he is unable to handle inquiry consult with system support team to provide a response.
- Aid testing and support on integrating the system with other key business system such as reservations system, commercial, flight planning etc.
- Download, test and schedule the implementation of software updates applicable to new functionality developed by system, software customization requirements of airline or corrections to any reports issues.
- Regularly develop standard operating procedure relate to the use of system reviewing and enhance it wherever possible.
- Provide hand-on assistance with setting up systems and integrations.
- Contact between the airline business user and venders.
- Create a user manual for system users and crew.
- Setup new user accounts and access right for new staff joining the airline, up to a certain extent provide some basic system training to newcomers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in information technology, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 1 year experience in related role.
