Description:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of critical grid performance data, including voltage levels, frequency, power flows, and overall system stability.
• Develop and implement advanced analytical techniques, such as machine learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI), to quickly identify trends, anomalies, and potential system vulnerabilities.
• Utilize both historical data and real-time information to forecast potential grid issues and proactively initiate corrective actions to prevent incidents.
• Perform comprehensive grid stability assessments, focusing on transient, voltage, and frequency stability analyses.
• Identify and evaluate potential threats to grid stability, including cascading failures, cyberattacks, and extreme weather events.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance grid stability and resilience, such as optimizing control systems and facilitating the integration of flexible resources.
• Analyze operational data to identify specific areas for improving grid operations, including optimizing dispatch schedules and minimizing system losses.
• Develop and implement data-driven recommendations for operational enhancements that improve the efficiency of grid control and overall performance.
• Provide technical expertise and support for future grid planning and development activities, including transmission expansion projects, grid reinforcement initiatives, and the effective integration of new technologies.
• Conduct thorough system impact studies to accurately assess the effect of any proposed changes or new connections on overall grid stability and performance.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate grid performance, identify persistent areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to address emerging operational challenges.
