Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
System Quality Manager
D. Develop management systems for all production sites.
Manage a quality system team and special processes to meet agreed objectives and deliver best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
Provide technical expertise to the team.
Management of activities related to maintaining production approvals (PART21 G)
Renewal and monitoring of EN 9100 certifications.
Qualification and monitoring of special processes.
To ensure the activities of three-dimensional control and non-destructive testing (US) and the management of the site's metrology equipment.
Ensure the deployment of ETQ and problem-solving tools.
Ensure the deployment of the air safety management system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Team management
Communication skills and fluency in spoken French
Analysis and synthesis
Performance management (focus on results, goal setting, solution orientation)
Auditing techniques
Knowledge of regulatory and normative requirements EN9100/Part21G
Knowledge of SMS/FOH
Direction of active costing
