Roles & Responsibilities

  • Optimise workflows and reporting for operational efficiency.

  • Deliver training and create user documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years' experience in financial/logistics IT systems support.
  • Exposure to commodity trading workflows and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Agile methodologies.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, ITIL, or PMP are advantageous
