Systems and Network Administrator
Job Description
The Systems and Networks Administrator (Admin) provides advice, assistance, information, training and warning. He can directly intervene in his field of expertise, in particular the network, security and systems aspects (virtualization/Windows server/storage) of the IT department's perimeter.
The Systems and Networks Administrator carries out a technology watch, participates in the studies of the general technical architecture and its evolution as well as the qualification of technical platforms or components.
Job Requirements
In the field of administration, the Admin. Systems and Networks carries out the following missions:
He/She is responsible for the optimal functioning of the networks and systems (servers/storage) and the security components for which he/she is responsible;
He/She implements the tools guaranteeing the coherence of the infrastructures;
He/She has a global and up-to-date vision of information systems as well as a good knowledge of the company;
He/She carries out a permanent inventory and manages the different infrastructure components (network/s, security/system);
He/She monitors and analyzes performance, implements measures likely to improve the quality or productivity of networks and tools.
He/She manages the operation, administers and maintains the technical infrastructures for which he/she is responsible;
He/She checks the conformity of the equipment with the references.
He/She handles level 3 incidents on computer or telephone networks;
He/She participates in projects related to the management of the obsolescence of infrastructure components;
He/She participates in the correction of vulnerabilities related to infrastructure components.

The Admin. Systems and Networks may be responsible for the operational monitoring of the ITIL services implemented (incident, change, problem, availability, capacity)
Animation of the knowledge of these operating modes within the team;
Proposal for continuous improvement of processes.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:-
HE/She must demonstrate technical expertise in the following areas:
Security & Security Skills (CISCO, Palo Alto, Forcepoint, )
System Skills (Windows Server, VMware, NetApp, NetBackup, )
Knowledge of IT technologies and tools (CMDB, ServiceNow, Centreon, )
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Change Management, Incidents, Problems, )
He/she will have to apply the following know-how:
Management of the customer-supplier
relationship- R activity

Adaptability and flexibility with regard to changes in priorities
