Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain servers and network systems
Monitor system performance and ensure reliability
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Provide technical support and documentation
Work closely with the IT team on system improvements.

Bachelor s degree in Computer & Communication Engineering or related field
Strong knowledge of networking, IP Telephony, Security (CCNA level) Experience with Microsoft systems (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
Basic understanding of system security and backups Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
