Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will contribute to the deployment of Systems and Lean 4.0 initiatives in support of STMicroelectronics operational excellence and digital transformation ambitions. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and accelerate the adoption of smart manufacturing practices.
* Support the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of Systems and Lean 4.0 solutions across industrial and engineering environments
* Contribute to the digital transformation of operational processes by leveraging MES, CMMS, connected systems, and data-driven approaches
* Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for waste reduction, standardization, and performance improvement
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement lean principles, automation, and Industry 4.0 use cases
* Contribute to the definition, tracking, and analysis of key performance indicators and dashboards, including OEE and MTBI
* Support the roll-out and optimization of digital tools and methods to drive operational excellence and decision-making
* Participate in the deployment and improvement of manufacturing integration standards such as SECS/GEM
* Support simulation activities to assess process changes and improvement opportunities
* Explore and support the use of LLM, AI, and IoT technologies to enhance process intelligence, automation, and connectivity
* Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Assist in change management, communication, and user adoption for new tools and processes
* Share best practices and support knowledge transfer across teams and sites
* Ensure alignment with STMicroelectronics values of innovation, efficiency, collaboration, and excellence
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Engineer / Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
* 2 to 3 years of experience in a relevant industrial, systems, lean, automation, or digital transformation environment
* Knowledge of Lean methodologies, continuous improvement, automation, productivity improvement, and Industry 4.0 concepts
* Experience with or strong understanding of MES, CMMS, OEE, MTBI, simulation, and SECS/GEM environments is a strong asset
* Familiarity with LLM, AI, and IoT technologies is a plus
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making
* Good command of Excel and the Office suite; familiarity with reporting, data analysis, or visualization tools is a plus
* Business proficiency in English
* Ability to work in a multicultural, cross-functional, and international environment
* Strong problem-solving mindset and result-oriented approach
* Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
* Interest in digital transformation, smart manufacturing, and operational excellence
* Proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic industrial environment
