Roles & Responsibilities
T l Digital Seller
Responsibilitys:
- Receive calls or contact customers by telephone from a customer or prospect file communicated by the marketing department.
- Follow the procedure previously established (procedure on the CRM).
- Inform customers about the products or services offered, prices, payment methods, delivery times.
- Respond accurately to customer requests and objections.
- Create the quote, support the prospect to convert them into a customer.
- Communicate regularly with the marketing department to optimize advertising campaigns.
- The telesalesperson may be required to travel occasionally for important client meetings to speed up conversion.
Comp tences:
- Master telesales techniques (negotiation, customer relations).
- Know the computer tool.

- Bac+3/5 in communication, digital marketing, or equivalent.
