Roles & Responsibilities
T the advisor
Order Verification: Review customer orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Customer Communication: Contact customers to confirm order details, resolve any inconsistencies, and provide order status updates.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of order confirmations and communications in the company database.
- Problem Solving: Quickly and professionally address and resolve any issues related to order processing or customer inquiries.
- Reporting: Generate reports on order confirmation metrics and provide feedback to management to improve processes.

Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in customer service or order processing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- My experience with order management systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
