Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
ROLE SUMMARY
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle post-candidate submission, including interview coordination, feedback consolidation, and offer preparation.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for their specified company, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
- Partner with the Sourcing function to leverage their capabilities to ensure recruitment excellence throughout each search.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse talent pipeline.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in talent acquisition and bring best practices and innovative solutions to their business.
- Collaborate with Human Capital and Employee Life Cycle to facilitate a smooth pre-onboarding process for new hires, enabling their seamless integration into the company culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years in Talent Acquisition with strong track record in recruitment management, executive search experience is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools and Interviewing skills / techniques
- Strong understanding of technical roles and responsibilities.
- Team oriented, flexible, and enthusiastic with a positive and committed approach.
- Competency based interviewing skills with experience assessing candidates against job requirements.
- Well organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively and deal calmly with the pressure of deadlines and conflicting priorities.
