Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle post-candidate submission, including interview coordination, feedback consolidation, and offer preparation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for their specified company, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
  • Partner with the Sourcing function to leverage their capabilities to ensure recruitment excellence throughout each search.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in talent acquisition and bring best practices and innovative solutions to their business.
  • Collaborate with Human Capital and Employee Life Cycle to facilitate a smooth pre-onboarding process for new hires, enabling their seamless integration into the company culture.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years in Talent Acquisition with strong track record in recruitment management, executive search experience is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools and Interviewing skills / techniques
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and responsibilities.
  • Team oriented, flexible, and enthusiastic with a positive and committed approach.
  • Competency based interviewing skills with experience assessing candidates against job requirements.
  • Well organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively and deal calmly with the pressure of deadlines and conflicting priorities.
