Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Associate will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, post job openings, screen applications, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, maintain accurate candidate records, communicate updates to candidates, support job posting and outreach efforts, and contribute to building strong talent pipelines aligned with Manzil s hiring needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience or internship in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is preferred. Key skills required include: sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, LinkedIn/job platforms usage, recruitment tracking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
