Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
ROLE SUMMARY
- Build and manage strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure an exceptional recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (TA Director/Senior Manager, COE, Talent Sourcing) to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, policies, and procedures throughout the hiring process.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, applying competency and performance-based hiring methods to secure top talent.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure and enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and introduce innovative, market-aligned talent acquisition practices.
- Partner with HR and Employee Life Cycle teams to ensure smooth pre-onboarding and positive integration for new hires.
- Achieve success through meeting SLAs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity), maintaining data compliance, and delivering regular TA performance reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with proven recruitment management success
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and competency-based interviewing methods.
- Proven ability to implement strategic recruitment best practices that enhance effectiveness and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with credibility and influence across all organizational levels.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with a positive, team-oriented, and adaptable approach.
