Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified blue-collar workers (technicians, drivers, operators, laborers, etc.).
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, manpower suppliers, and field visits.
  • Coordinate with line managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
  • Arrange and schedule interviews, trade tests, and medical examinations.
  • Support in contract preparation, job offers, and pre-employment documentation.
    Facilitate onboarding processes including orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, turnover rate).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, with a strong focus on blue-collar and mass hiring.
  • Knowledge of job boards, social media recruiting, and offline sourcing channels (e.g., job fairs, community centers, vocational schools).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • High energy, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to meet tight deadlines.
