Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels and innovative recruiting methods to identify and attract top talent.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the recruitment process through the ATS, ensuring accurate tracking, candidate pipeline management, and timely reporting.
- Support smooth onboarding of new joiners through the TAFADAL program, coordinating with Talent Rewards to ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor industry trends, talent market shifts, and competitor practices to stay ahead in attracting high-caliber professionals.
- Actively promote and represent the company s culture, values, and vision to position SARA as an employer of choice.
What We re Looking For:
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven ability to source, screen, and select high-quality talent.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong teamwork abilities, working closely with hiring managers and the Talent Rewards team.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Market Awareness: Knowledge of recruitment trends and talent market dynamics.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
What You Should Bring:
- A bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in retail or a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Solid experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
