What You'll Do:

• Leverage multiple sourcing channels and innovative recruiting methods to identify and attract top talent.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage the recruitment process through the ATS, ensuring accurate tracking, candidate pipeline management, and timely reporting.
• Support smooth onboarding of new joiners through the TAFADAL program, coordinating with Talent Rewards to ensure seamless integration.
• Monitor industry trends, talent market shifts, and competitor practices to stay ahead in attracting high-caliber professionals.
• Actively promote and represent the company s culture, values, and vision to position SARA as an employer of choice.
