Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our recruitment function across white-collar, blue-collar, and mass hiring. This role is responsible for driving strategic hiring initiatives, optimizing recruitment processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent pipelines aligned with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple hiring streams (white-collar, blue-collar, and mass hiring).
  • Oversee and mentor a large recruitment team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of hiring targets.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align workforce planning with business goals.
  • Design and implement scalable sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, and bulk hiring channels.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives, including job fairs, walk-in interviews, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Utilize ATS systems and recruitment analytics to track performance and improve hiring outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition leadership, managing both white-collar and blue-collar hiring.
  • Strong background in high-volume recruitment environments (BPO, manufacturing, retail, or logistics preferred).
  • Experience leading large teams (50+ team members is a strong advantage).
  • Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates at scale.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
