Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior, critical, and confidential positions./p>

2. Lead priority hiring campaigns and strategic recruitment initiatives./p>

3. Handle and supervise CVs referred by the President, Board members, and senior leaders./p>

4. Ensure fair, transparent, and compliant hiring practices across all processes./p>

5. Supervise and coach TA Officers/Sr. Officers to ensure delivery of recruitment activities./p>

6. Assign roles, monitor workloads, and ensure high-quality candidate experience./p>

7. Review and approve shortlists, offers, and final recruitment documentation./p>

8. Align recruitment activity with workforce plans in collaboration with entity and function leaders./p>

9. Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, Saudization progress)./p>

10. Generate recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership and regulatory bodies./p>

11. Govern the ATS configuration, workflows, and data accuracy in collaboration with IT./p>

12. Manage recruitment agencies and vendor contracts, including renewals, performance reviews, and SLAs./p>

13. Oversee agency invoice processing and budget alignment with Finance and Procurement./p>

14. Oversee onboarding standards and ensure readiness of selected hires./p>

15. Ensure compliance with Saudization regulations, labor law, and group recruitment policies./p>

16. Monitor audit readiness and lead remediation of any compliance gaps./p>

17. Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job./p>

- Excellent in HR software and Microsoft Office software./p>

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion./p>

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team./p>

- High level of integrity and professionalism with excellent interpersonal and communication skills./p>
