Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective sourcing strategies.

  • Source, screen, and engage candidates through professional networks, referrals, and recruitment platforms.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech, and product roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline.

  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments, providing hiring managers with clear evaluation insights.

  • Promote employer branding through consistent communication and candidate experience.

Onboarding

  • Lead the full onboarding journey from contract signing to the candidate s first day, ensuring smooth transitions.

  • Guide new hires through visa, relocation, and residency processes, collaborating with government relations and relocation partners.

  • Coordinate travel, hotel, and initial living arrangements to ease relocation stress for international hires.

  • Deliver engaging pre-boarding communication and ensure candidates are informed about each stage.

  • Partner with People Team stakeholders in Riyadh and Dubai to align on onboarding updates.

  • Maintain trackers, provide weekly updates to hiring managers and stakeholders, and address any blockers proactively.

  • Ensure every new hire feels welcomed, informed, and supported in their first weeks.

  • Building diverse and qualified pipelines that shorten time-to-hire.

  • Seamless new joiner experience with minimal delays or escalations.

  • Strong partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

  • New employees reporting a positive and memorable first impression of the company.Qualifications

Desired Candidate Profile

UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Onboarding.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
