Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who will apply their expert knowledge in sourcing and recruiting for Commercial, Sales, and Marketing functions, leverage local talent market knowledge and strategic trends, and maintain a continuously expanding network in the appliances & manufacturing industry. You will closely partner with HR, Communications, and Top Management in driving TA and EB activities to boost internal/external networks through Social Media channels, online and onsite career fairs and any other relevant tools.

You will guide the hiring managers and candidates through our selection process and always ensure a seamless recruitment experience. Establishing a reliable partnership with key stakeholders and paving the way for the tech organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a mix of recruitment and sourcing strategies to hire the best talent.
  • Support various projects (local and global) that will help position Electrolux as a desirable brand.
  • Further develop the recruitment strategy for our mission (build awareness, proactive networking, run digital campaigns, etc.)
  • Update the recruitment model and process regularly to capture shifts in talent need and candidate demographics
  • As part of learning and growth opportunities, you might be given exposure to other APAC markets and functions.
  • Become a go-to contact and a reliable partner to all stakeholders involved.

Desired Candidate Profile

Passion for manufacturing, operations and engineering recruitment Preferably 5 years experience in recruiting with expertise in the above functions.

Ability to build trusted working relationships, drive the processes forward and provide outstanding stakeholder service Knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting from briefing meetings to contract signing Genuine interest to boost Employer Brand and Diversity & Inclusion strategy

Ability to take initiative and produce results onfidence in communicating in English, as you will have international colleagues
