Roles & Responsibilities

Join Transcom as a Talent Acquisition Partner!

Be on the front line of growth for our team and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle by coordinating existing and new vacancies in close partnership with Hiring Managers;

  • Drive candidate attraction and experience proactively to ensure we recruit the best talent for our teams;

  • Execute selection processes including searching, screening, testing, and matching candidates to the right roles;

  • Maintain and improve collaboration with recruitment agencies and work closely with Operations;

  • Ensure administrative excellence by processing recruitments in a timely manner and managing social security registrations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proficiency in English at a B1/B2 level;

  • Proficiency in Italian at a C1/C2 level;
  • Minimum studies: University diploma or degree;
  • Specific training and/or work experience in Recruitment;
  • Previous experience: Minimum of one year's experience as an HR employee or in recruitment;
  • High-level IT skills in Office package/GSuite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
  • Core competencies including strong communication, teamwork, and a focus on results and quality;
  • Positive attitude towards interpersonal dealings and the ability to remain motivated under pressure.
