Lead end-to-end recruitment across Technology, Product, Commercial, and Corporate functions.
Design scalable hiring processes and frameworks to support growth.
Advise leaders on talent strategy, job design, and hiring decisions.
Track and improve key hiring metrics (quality, speed, efficiency).
Drive innovative sourcing strategies to access top talent.
Ensure a seamless, human-centric candidate experience.

- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition,
- Leadership or team management role.
- Proven track record of managing Talent Acquisition teams and owning end-to-end hiring strategy and delivery.
- Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple functions, with a strong preference for technology hiring exposure.
- Technology company experience
- Proven application of competency-based and structured interviewing methodologies in hiring processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and hiring decisions.
- Hands-on experience using ATS platforms and AI-powered recruiting tools to drive sourcing and hiring efficiency.
