About the Company: Our client is a well known and reputable organisation based in Abu Dhabi, recognised for its strong corporate culture, progressive working environment, and commitment to excellence. They are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing HR team and support recruitment across key corporate functions including Human Resources, Finance, Technology, and Legal.
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and detail oriented Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver high quality recruitment outcomes. The successful candidate will work alongside the TA Manager and wider HR team to ensure top talent is attracted and hired into critical support functions across the business.
Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate function roles including HR, Finance, Technology, and Legal.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs, ensuring alignment with business priorities.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through direct headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.Screen and assess candidates, coordinating interviews and managing the offer process in collaboration with HR and the TA Manager.Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, acting as a professional ambassador for the organisation.Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting through the company s ATS and ensure recruitment compliance.Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs and contribute to ongoing employer branding initiatives.Support continuous improvement in recruitment processes and practices within the TA team.
