Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- We are looking for a highly motivated talent acquisition specialist to join our talent acquisition team!
- As a talent acquisition specialist within our company, you will be responsible for finding, attracting and hiring multiple profiles in order to meet all the company's recruitment needs.
- Supervise the entire recruitment process, including research, selection, interviews, tests and proposals to candidates.
- Ensure continuous sourcing of candidates and maintain an active pool of talent.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract the best profiles.
- Establish and maintain relationships at all levels and in all areas of activity, including with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure good brand image communication and measure its impact.
- Build strong relationships with internal clients.
- Pre-select, interview and record potential professional candidates.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Ability and willingness to learn the requirements of the position
- Passion for HR and talent acquisition methods
- Ability to analyze a large number of CVs.
- Understanding and familiarity with recruitment marketing
- Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS
- Understanding of basic marketing strategies
- Problem-solving skills
- Good time management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
