- Strong proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends and techniques.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
