Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct phone screenings to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks before the offer stage.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports.
- Support bulk hiring initiatives, especially for Sales and Operations roles.
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience hiring for Sales or Operations roles is highly preferred.
- Very good to excellent command of English.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree (graduates only).
Desired Candidate Profile
1 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Experience hiring for Sales or Operations roles is highly preferred.
Background in Fintech, Telecom, or Banking industries is a strong plus.
Very good to excellent command of English.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree (graduates only).
