Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source and reach out to talent and ensure they re a good fit for the company. In addition, they can help potential employees negotiate and even follow up after being hired to ensure things are going well.
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Interview and select the best candidates
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment field ( White and Blue collar).
  • Ability to work with under extreme uncertainty and deal with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like Facebook, LinkedIn, google websites etc.
  • Excellent up to fluent English level
