Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and reach out to talent and ensure they re a good fit for the company. In addition, they can help potential employees negotiate and even follow up after being hired to ensure things are going well.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview and select the best candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment field ( White and Blue collar).
- Ability to work with under extreme uncertainty and deal with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like Facebook, LinkedIn, google websites etc.
- Excellent up to fluent English level
