Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
High-volume sourcing through LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Facebook groups and Telegram
- Recruiting for technical roles: Developers, Data/Math specialists, AI Engineers, DevOps
- Managing 5 8 active roles simultaneously
- Conducting initial interviews (20 30 min)
- Weekly reporting on hiring status and pipeline quality
- Close collaboration directly with the Founder (fast decision-making)
Desired Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in IT or technical recruiting
- Strong English (B2 or higher)
- Proven experience sourcing internationally
- Ability to work fast and handle multiple roles at once
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills
- A results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
