Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

High-volume sourcing through LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Facebook groups and Telegram

  • Recruiting for technical roles: Developers, Data/Math specialists, AI Engineers, DevOps
  • Managing 5 8 active roles simultaneously
  • Conducting initial interviews (20 30 min)
  • Weekly reporting on hiring status and pipeline quality
  • Close collaboration directly with the Founder (fast decision-making)

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in IT or technical recruiting

  • Strong English (B2 or higher)
  • Proven experience sourcing internationally
  • Ability to work fast and handle multiple roles at once
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills
  • A results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
