Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct job analysis and collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, including job postings, sourcing through different channels, and candidate outreach.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Prepare and negotiate job offers in alignment with company policies.
- Identify areas suitable for outsourcing based on business goals.
- Evaluate and select external partners or vendors for sourcing projects.
- Participate in and represent the HR department in career events and employment fairs.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with candidates and outsourcing partners.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle the onboarding process and ensure orientation program delivery for new hires monthly.
- Abide by SLA for closing opening vacancies.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment and outsourcing activities.
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment and outsourcing processes.
- Make recommendations for process improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant Experience
Proven experience in recruitment, selection and/or sourcing roles, with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with HR and recruitment software, platforms and tools.
Previous experience with ATS is a plus.
Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct CBI interviews and assess candidates accordingly.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
