Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across departments.
  • Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, internal databases, referrals, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media and job portals.
  • Generate recruitment reports and provide regular updates to HR leadership.
  • Participate in campus hiring, job fairs, and other talent acquisition events.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role (in-house or agency).
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws related to recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT/Tech or [specific industry] recruitment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and social media hiring strategies.
