For this role, we prefer candidates who are either based in Dubai or working remotely within +/- 4 hours GST time.As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the blockchain and DeFi space. You will own the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to optimizing employer branding and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Your role will be critical in scaling the company with the best professionals in a highly competitive market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, leveraging various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, X, industry events, referrals, etc.) and automation and AI to make it most efficientManage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiationBuild and nurture talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needsDrive proactive outreach, engaging with passive candidates in the crypto and blockchain spaceCraft compelling job postings that attract the right talent and reflect our cultureEnsure an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and well-structured interview processesPartner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and interview strategiesImplement structured interview processes, ensuring consistency and fairness in hiring decisionsContinuously refine the hiring process to improve efficiency and effectivenessFacilitate interviewer training sessions, equipping teams with best practices in assessment, structured feedback and candidate engagementWhat You'll need5+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or sourcing, preferably in tech, crypto, or fintech startupsExperience recruiting for global, remote-first, and distributed teamsStrong track record in hiring technical and non-technical rolesProven ability to optimize recruitment workflows, implement hiring best practices and collaborate with hiring managers to improve decision-makingExpertise in sourcing Software Engineers, Product Owners / Managers and any experience hiring Blockchain / Web3 would be desirable,Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced scale up environmentCommitment to building a diverse and inclusive talent pipelineAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing strategic hiring needs with hands-on executionWhy work with us?Join a young, creative team in a fast-paced and supportive environmentWe re open to new ideas if you ve got a vision, pitch it and make it happenEnjoy competitive pay that matches your skills and experienceBe part of a company that s shaping the future of DeFiTake time when you need it we offer unlimited vacation daysGet fully compensated for your work gear we ll set you up for successTravel with us!
