Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top real estate professionals
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements
Skills:
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate
- Strong understanding of the UAE labor market and regulations
