Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will report directly to the Head of the Recruitment Department.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Demonstrable success in managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a corporate environment.
- Expertise in various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and professional networking.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Desirable Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A data-centric approach with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
