Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases to ensure accurate candidate records.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and outcomes.
