Roles & Responsibilities

The Role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support the hotel s operational excellence and service standards. You will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a smooth, efficient, and professional recruitment experience while strengthening the employer brand.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using appropriate recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting.
  • Support onboarding processes in coordination with People & Culture.
  • Build talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor regulations.


Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources, preferably within hospitality.

  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organized, and results driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a must.
