Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Sharjah / Dubai, United Arab Emirates

About the Role


We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment within the construction industry and a proven ability to attract and hire top talent across technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, especially for construction roles (engineering, site, and technical positions).

  • Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and headhunting techniques to identify and engage top talent.

  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate database.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

  • Prepare job descriptions and job postings aligned with business requirements.

  • Assist in onboarding processes and ensure smooth candidate integration.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

  • Experience working within the construction industry is a must.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Arabic speaker is highly preferred.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems).

  • Strong experience in sourcing and hiring for technical roles (engineers, site staff, etc.).
