Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your main tasks will be the following (non-exhaustive list):

  • Participates in defining the desired profiles (profile identification, descriptive writing, etc.)
  • Processing of applications received through various recruitment channels according to Group procedures
  • Conducting telephone interviews
  • Processing and monitoring of the candidate's file until the end of the process
  • The case of "singing" involves setting up appointments on different calendars.
  • Provides services within identified partner schools (consulting, recruitment, employer branding, etc.)
  • To adopt the company culture and apply the best practices in force
  • Create a pool of candidates and ensure weekly/monthly reporting to the Head of Activities
  • Track the progress of applications submitted for each open need and update the tracking on a daily basis.
  • Create digital files for successful applicants (containing CV, job description and information sheet)
  • Ensure the provision and updating of publications/announcements via Jobboards, and animate the visuals on Social Networks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possessing initial experience in a similar IT role, ideally within a multinational context

  • Higher education (BAC + 2)
  • You have significant experience of at least 3 years as a recruitment officer in a service company.
  • Impeccable French, essential for both spoken and written language (C2 level)
